Josephine E. Shea

Josephine Shea was first elected to be an elected member of the NCRS board on January 1, 1990. Since, she has been re-elected every 3 years. She is a retired Acting Sheriff of Norfolk County and the former Deputy Superintendent of Administration and Finance for the Sheriff’s Department.

Josephine is a certified Chartered Pension Professional and is the Director of Sales and Marketing for Connors & Company, an investment services firm.

Josephine’s also serves on the Board of Director’s for the Quincy Community Action Program and has been nominated as Woodward Women of Distinction for 2012 by the Woodward School for girls in Quincy.
